Sangoma Ancestral Medicine Rituals & Rites of Passage

Heal your ancestral lineage through sacred ritual and nature!

A Sangoma is a traditional Zulu ancestral shaman from South Africa who embodies the esteemed role of a revered healer. Masters of nature, they forge connections with ancestral spirits to guide individuals towards healing deep-rooted imbalances to restore their divine lineage and improve their lives.

Currently offering a personal one-to-one 90-day transformational journey!

This is a tailored process that helps you reclaim your Sovereignty, Empowerment, and Authenticity through spiritual guidance and ritual prescriptions, allowing you to understand your ancestral challenges and gifts. When we are not in coherence with our natural way of being in our lives, we tend to feel blocked or stuck. This can be ancestral patterns passed down through the generations or indoctrination of certain beliefs that may not be your own. This process helps you understand the ancestral patterns being expressed through you and how to become more in tune with your body, heart, and spirit.

Please call for a brief consultation on whether this process is right for you!

Instinctive Meditation was developed by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine from the ancient Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, which translates as "The terror and joy of realizing oneness with the soul." The first written text was discovered in India around 800 CE and is considered one of the earliest teachings on Yoga meditation. A Tantra is considered to be a weaving of knowledge that guides one to practice certain physical, mental, and spiritual techniques. Instictive meditation helps one to discover and practice their own unique way into meditation that they can apply in their daily lives.
