Meditating naturally

Instinctive meditation was developed by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine and is based on the Tantric tradition from India. This style is meant for the everyday person and guides you into finding your own natural rhythm when developing your meditation practice. As a teacher of Instinctive meditation I am able to lead you into meditative states quickly and deeply where spontaneous and profound connections and understanding are made concerning your life.

Physical, mental, and emotional healing will begin to take place because we invite all aspects of one’s being to be present as you are lead on a journey that facilitates acceptance of the Self. People often experience deep relaxation, a sense of inner peace, spontaneous release of stuck emotions, deeper understanding of one’s choices and life circumstances, and clarity of purpose and vision.

Private sessions are done online in the comfort of your own space or in person at Dragon Springs Wellness.

Sessions are 60 minutes.  Choose from 1 session or packages of 3 and 6 sessions.
